    Pick your butcher

    See independent butchers near you, what’s on the counter today, and when it can be ready.

  2. Step 2

    Choose your cuts

    Ask for about 500g, a 4-rib joint or a 5kg turkey. Add a note like “thick cut” or “bone in”.

  3. Step 3

    They weigh it

    Your butcher weighs it on the counter and you’re charged exactly that. We tell you the moment it’s done.

  4. Step 4

    Collect when ready

    Already paid, so you just give your name and go. No queue, no card machine.

Weighed pricing

You pay what it weighs.

Meat is priced per kilo, so nobody knows the exact price until it’s on the scales. We hold the estimate plus a little on your card, then charge only the weighed price and release the rest the moment it’s ready.

  • Nothing is charged until it’s weighed
  • A heavier cut tops up by a few pence at most, or we ask first
  • The rest of the hold is released straight away
